# NDT Request and NDT report

### **NDT Request**

The **NDT Request** **Add** tab helps you to create NDT request in mobile and sync the details to the web application.

To **create NDT Request** request,do the following

1. Take **offline** data for **NDT Request.**
2. Click **NDT Request Add** menu
3. Here joints listed to create the **NDT Request**
4. Select the **NDT request type** from the dropdown(Before fitup/Before pwht,after pwht etc)
5. Select the **Type of the NDT (**RT/UT/PT/MT etc**)**
6. Select the **joints**
7. Click the **+ icon** placed at the top
8. This will navigate to add popup
9. Select the i**nspection date**
10. Select the **NDT contractor**
11. Select the **site location** from the dropdown list
12. Select **attention**
13. Select the appropriate **code** for the NDT Request
14. Click **Create**

**NDT Request** created successfully.

Click **Sync** button at the top to sync data to web manually.Otherwise it will be synced automatically.

### **NDT Report**

The **NDT Report** tab helps you to create NDT reports in mobile and sync the details to the web application.

1. Take **offline** data for **NDT Report.**
2. Click **NDT Report** menu
3. Here joints listed to create the **NDT Report** based on **NDT type**
4. Select the **Type of the NDT report**
5. Select the **joints**
6. Click the **+ icon** placed at the top
7. This will navigate to add popup
8. Select the **NDT By** from the dropdown list
9. Enter the **Report number**
10. Click **Create**

**NDT Report** created successfully.
